Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Corporate Catering Services: 1. Scope of Service: Our corporate catering services cover the cost of food drop-off and set-up only. This service does not include the cost of groceries, which will be determined in a separate transaction. 2. Exclusions: The cost of service does not include staff and clean-up. Clients are responsible for handling these aspects of their event or can arrange for additional services at an extra cost. 3. Menu Curation: To continue with menu curation, clients can visit our à la carte menu to place orders or email us directly to create a custom menu tailored to their preferences and requirements. 4. Drop-Off Service: Our catering service is for drop-off only, assuming the suggested amount of guests will be present to consume the food. We do not provide on-site cooking or serving staff. 5. Cancellation Policy: If the event is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled date, clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the service cost or the option to rebook within 30 days of the original service date.
