Ahi Tuna marinated in a sweet and spicy sesame mayo mix. Sesame Seeds, Scallions ribbons, Rice Crisps, Cucumber, Avocado Puree + Served as an appetizer bite but can be served as a BYOP

High quality white fish marinated in citrus juices and seasonings. Served with charged corn, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, tomato, avocado. Served with crispy plantain chips.



Italian Salmon tartare

Sushi grade salmon belly, avocado, red onion, fried capers, pine nuts, and a Lemon Dill vinaigrette. served with crispy sourdough bread
